Career Discussion is an activity that aims to open the insights of civil engineering students about the work or profession that they can choose after graduating from the university.

The purpose of the Career Discussion program is to establish good relationships with fellow students of Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering alumni and to provide tips and motivation to students in the process of selection in the job world of construction companies so that students begin to prepare themselves as possible.

            From the Career Discussion activities that have been implemented, the qualitative result is a good relationship between Civil Engineering students and Civil Engineering alumni.

Quantitative results obtained from Career Discussion activities is the future plan for the students themselves who will know their purposes after completion of study.

           
 

            The solution of the challenges faced during the program is to have an alternative speaker so that if the first speaker declines confirmation, there will be a replacement.
